projected shipping date from the factory within 5 business days from time of
purchase. We will also send you an email if the additional shipping charges are

Can I place my order by telephone?
You can place your order by telephone weekdays from the hours of 8:30AM to 6:00PM
(MST), or by calling our toll free
number 800.511.1440. Orders may also be placed by fax at 800.511.1421. A Spirit
Elements representative will contact you by phone or US Mail to confirm
telephone order shipping dates and shipping surcharges.
Processing & Handling Fee
We charge a "Processing & Handling" fee on most transactions in order to
help cover our warehousing, packaging, order processing and fulfillment. This
fee is calculated at Checkout based upon your order size.

Who calculates shipping, handling, and delivery surcharge?
Shipping, handling and surcharges are calculated by each individual factory. A
projected shipping cost will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Delivery Charges
Due to the eclectic nature of the Spirit Elements product mix, shipping rates
will vary greatly from item to item and are calculated by each individual
factory.
Why is there an additional delivery surcharge for some items?
If there is an additional surcharge it is usually due to geographical location,
special delivery request or additional weight. If there is an additional
surcharge the customer will be notified by email within 5 business days after
and order is placed.
Can I get a Rush Delivery?
Many of the items in the Spirit Elements collection are made to order and
require longer than normal lead-time for an item to ship. In the instances
where a factory has an item in stock we will work with the factory to arrange
for a rush delivery if available. There will be an extra charge for a rush
delivery that will be quoted by each factory in each instance.
Is my credit card information safe when I submit my order online?
Spirit Elements believes in providing our clients a safe and
secure shopping experience. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption
when collecting your credit card information on our web site. Our sophisticated
encryption and authentication tools protect the security of your credit card
